Ross Greenwood to conduct workshop at "Illawarra On Show" 2009

The Illawarra Business Chamber today announced that Channel Nine personality Ross Greenwood will be conducting a workshop at the IBC Business Expo 2009 - �Illawarra on Show�� which will take place on Wednesday 27th May at the WIN Entertainment Centre, Wollongong.

Ross Greenwood is Channel Nine�s Business and Finance Editor and, until recently, the Executive Producer of Nine�s flagship business program - Business Sunday. He regularly appears on the Today Show, Nine News and Nightline.

Before he joined Nine Ross was editor-in-chief of the British magazine Shares, which he set up. The magazine won the British publishing industry�s �launch of the year� award in 2000.

IBC�s Chief Executive Greg Fisher said �The IBC is ecstatic about securing Mr Greenwood for a free workshop at �Illawarra On Show 2009�.

�Mr Greenwood will bring his experiences in the worldwide business environment and give attendees advice on the current business issues.�

�His workshop will be tailored around current business concerns and what the outlook is for businesses going forward�.

�Securing Mr Greenwood helps reinforce the message of �Illawarra on Show� which is to champion the growth and cause of business in the Illawarra� he said.�

�This event will once again seek to showcase the many small, medium and large businesses operating across the region.

�Illawarra on Show is about ensuring those who do business know about your business and what you can do for them & specifically focusing on business to business opportunities, said Mr Fisher.
