IBC Launches Business Expo - Illawarra on Show

The Illawarra Business Chamber will this evening launch its inaugural Business Expo - �Illawarra On Show� at Business After Hours.

The IBC Business Expo 2007 - �Illawarra on Show� will take place on Wednesday 30th of May at the WIN Sports & Entertainment Centres, Wollongong.

IBC�s Chief Executive Mark Grimson said the �Illawarra On Show� reflects the IBC�s objective, which is to champion the growth and cause of business in the Illawarra.

�This event will seek to showcase the many small, medium and large businesses operating across the region, an area that covers the local government areas of Wollongong, Shellharbour, Kiama, Shoalhaven, and Wingecarribbee.

�As part of tonight�s launch, we will outline the range of sponsor and exhibitor opportunities available to local businesses to promote their products and services as part of this event.

�Illawarra on Show is about ensuring those who do business know about your business and what you can do for them, specifically focused on business to business opportunities, said Mr Grimson.

�Participants at �Illawarra on Show� will benefit from meeting with attendees, business leaders, speakers and media � all with the common goal of promoting business within the Illawarra�, he said.
