Illawarra Business Chamber has teamed up with NSW Business Chamber and the Department of State and Regional Development to offer Illawarra businesses an innovative and cost effective way to:

The Business Vitality� program, developed by NSW Business Chamber, will assess areas such as:

Strategy and planning
Finance
Sales and marketing
Operations

Based on the results, you can take advantage of the opportunity to begin a tailored improvement plan to take your business to the next level of growth.

Many small to medium size businesses have already benefited from real results after completing the Business Vitality� program, including:

an 8% increase in revenue after marketing and training expenditure was increased
better cash flow after implementing a dedicated sales function for the first time. This allowed the owner to focus on business strategies such as increasing repeat business
