Kenny Escapes: Kenny Escapes are a tour-coordination business, packaging together on day 'experiences' to local sights, attractions, wineries and restaurants. To date tours have focused on Food and Wine Tours, taking social or corporate group bookings of 8 to 50 people. Tours depart from a location convenient for the group from anywhere within the Sydney, Illawarra, Southern Highlands or South Coast and the standard range of tours include food and wine day escapes, twilight tastings and dinner escapes and a progressive dinner escape. A host can accompany the group providing information and tips to help participants get the most out of the experience. In addition, bus activities can be tailored to include ice breakers, team bonding, trivia or novelty games.

The Daily Grind Coffee Company: The Daily Grind Coffee Company is located in the seaside township of Gerringong, in the southern end of the Illawarra. The company buys Rainforest Alliance ethically traded coffee beans from countries worldwide. Master Roaster, John Svinos, then blends and roasts their various beans, according to his in-house recipes, to produce unique, award-winning flavours. They then sell this freshly roasted and ground coffee to a number of quality restaurants and cafes throughout the Illawarra, South Coast and Southern Highlands region.

Tourism Wollongong: Established in 1982, Tourism Wollongong is the peak tourism marketing body for the City of Wollongong representing the tourism industry. Tourism Wollongong is a company limited by liability and has a board of 12 directors. Tourism Wollongong fits under the Tourism NSW structure as part of the South Coast and as such works in close partnership with South Coast Regional Tourism Organisation in building awareness of Wollongong as a destination. Tourism Wollongong markets under the brand "Grand Pacific Drive" .

Wests Illawarra: Wests Illawarra is the Illawarra's premier entertainment venue offering a broad range of live entertainment as well as food, beverage and gaming services.
